Pop-up T’ai Chi Chih with Karin Hampton coming in November!

T’ai Chi Chih is Moving Meditation, which consists of 19 moves and 1 pose. There is no special equipment or clothing required to learn and practice T’ai Chi Chih. T’ai Chi Chih can have tremendous benefits to those who practice regularly. Many have found that by practicing this simple moving meditation that their stress is reduced, their focus is better, balance and coordination improve, their immune system strengthened and so much more.

Classes will be offered November 3rd, 10th, and 17th and are free! Space is limited to 15 people.
