Any reservation made for a class or event that results in a no-show will be marked accordingly, and that class will not be credited back to your account. If you know you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation before the class begins, and you will receive credit for that class or event back into your account. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptions will be made as needed.
